What are some responses to being asked why I am not drinking alcohol?

Here are some amazing responses

How on earth did I get into this business?

I had been bouncing the idea of cutting out alcohol for some time now. I have been on a weight loss journey now since March 2022. Social drinking was my weakness and it would lead to consuming way too much alcohol in the weekend and feeling pretty crappy every Monday/Tuesday. I slept like garbage and I felt like garbage.

Currently I am training for a half marathon which is in October 2023. Cutting ties with booze was a natural step in my training. My last drink was January 29, 2023 and I have had incredible results from this major health change.

Creating an alcohol free environment where my community can be social, hang with friends and just feel great about themselves is my goal. Removing the pressure of drinking alcohol is my mission as well as normalizing the sober life.
